Scenic Train to Kuranda Village - free time to explore the village - Return on Skyrail Rainforest Cableway + transfers to Cairns Central Station
A bit more information about Kuranda Skyrail and Train
Train: 8.30 am or 09:30am - train journey takes approximately 2 hours and includes a stop at the Barron Falls lookout. This is a slow historic train journey with informative commentary.
Kuranda Village: Kuranda itself is a small village with markets, cafes and a variety of animal parks and sanctuaries. Your time in Kuranda is your free time.
Skyrail: Skyrail will allow you to travel over the rainforest canopy with some amazing views. The Skyrail journey takes about 1 hour 20 minutes which allows time at the two substations where you can enjoy a boardwalk through the rainforest and have another look at the Barron Falls.
