This great value 2 Day Budget Reef and Rainforest Package includes one day visiting the Outer Barrier Reef  and one day visiting Kuranda including Train and Skyrail.

Great Barrier Reef

A reef tour with the chance to experience  snorkelling at two separate reef locations on the Outer Barrier Reef.  The captains choice of Norman, Saxon or Hastings Reef.

You will spend up to 5 hours at the Great Barrier Reef. 

Check in: 8.00am Returns: 4.30pm

Visit Kuranda "The Village in the Rainforest" travelling via the Skyrail and the Kuranda Scenic Railway.  This budget option includes a bus pick up in the morning from your Cairns hotel, one way skyrail to Kuranda and one way train back to Cairns Central Train Station. You will need to walk from the train station back to your hotel in the afternoon. You have many time options to choose from depending on how much free time you would like to spend exploring the Kuranda Village.

Optional - Upgrade to Gold Class Train - $54pp (adult or child)

There is an additional charge if you choose to indulge in travelling in the Gold Class carriage on the train, which is only on 9:30am  service. This entitles you to a private carriage with approximately 25 passengers only, tastings of local cheeses, sorbets, nuts and more, plus all you can drink beer, wine, soft drinks, tea, coffee or water. The seating is leather appointed with couple's pods available. The appointed waiter or waitress on the day is able to queue you for perfect photo opportunities to make the experience even grander.
