Silversonic - Outer Barrier Reef Dive and Snorkel

This catamaran travels with approximately 80 guests and visits 3 prime outer reef locations. This is a snorkel and dive boat that equally caters to both interests. This vessel has permission to access the Agincourt Ribbon Reef system on the outer Great Barrier Reef.

This is modern, spacious 29 metre catamaran that travels up to 32 knots.  With state of the art computerised ride control means a smoother fast ride to the reef.  The expansive sun decks, air conditioned lounge areas, licensed bar, hydraulic platforms for easy water access, change rooms and hot freshwater showers ensures you will visit the reef in relaxed comfort and style.

Divers can choose to do 1, 2 or 3 dives and snorkelers can partake in the guided snorkel tour.  Morning/afternoon tea, buffet lunch, all equipment and return bus transfers within Port Douglas can be included.

This company have one of the very few permits for guests to swim with the dwarf Minke whales if encountered during the season (generally June to August).

Departs Port Douglas: 8.30am

Returns Port Douglas: 4.30pm
